Yes. Over 100k Pakistani civilians have been killed by terrorist groups since 1980, the bulk of them after 2002. The damage done in economic and social terms runs into the hundreds of billions of dollars. The elite are enjoying power, living life in their protected enclaves, making money and building assets/passports abroad and could not give less of a F about the ordinary Pakistani.
