Let's face it: Pak military is in no position to fight wars on behalf of Arabs and win it. Its simply impossible. However, what it can do is provide cheap manpower (foot soldiers) so that Arab citizens don't have to fight, and they can continue to live their lavish lifestyle by holidaying in Europe/USA, f*@k hookers and anything else you can think of. Anyone who's been to these Middle Eastern countries, or met their citizens abroad knows that they're in mood to sacrifice their lives (atleast not till the oil runs out). They won't even protect their own ruling elite lol - the security is delegated to foreigners. Americans have been milking these oil cows for decades now.

Pakistanis on the other hand are quite happy to fill this vacuum. One call, and millions are ready to sacrifice their lives for these Arabs - its no wonder our ruling elites are knocking on every door in ME ready to sign these 'defence pacts'.

I don’t think Pakistan is going to send their men to fight in Arab countries they will always attempt end a conflict with dialogue versus fighting I wouldn’t compare Pakistan to North Korea sending their men to these places a fodder but not really my thread I just thought @Falcon26 was pretty. They want to use Pakistan as a cannon fodder because the Arab monarchies don’t have patriotic citizens that will fight to die and preserve these corrupt monarchies. They bribe their citizens with extravagant lifestyles and rely on external powers for security. Pakistan is just the latest country to be tapped for manpower.

As others have said, the average Pakistani and economy won’t see any benefit from the Saudi and Kuwaiti and other similar deals. It’s just to line the pockets of the GHQ generals and paint a nonexistent image of the regime in power. The army generals have spectacularly failed to contain the BLA & TTP and assorted Taliban and India backed militant groups, how can they contain Iran or the Houthis? Makes no sense.

What we should do is build large tank farms for oil storage, the next time crude dips down to $20/ barrel and give ourselves a buffer of 6 months or so to ride out all this ME political drama. Like smart countries have done, Japan/ SK/ China etc.
