I'm more interested in economic benefits for Pakistan. Like number of visas and investments in Pakistan.

Looks like old news.
Although this is a cooperation agreement, I agree there needs to be benefit for Pak which will make the country stronger. So lets see what details emerge.I'm more interested in economic benefits for Pakistan. Like number of visas and investments in Pakistan.
its a paid service not charityAt this rate, Pakistan is just couple weeks away from signing defense agreements with individual celebrities. Don’t be shocked to see a headline saying “ Ronaldinho signs a defense agreement with Pakistan” one of these days.
Pakistan is going to overpromise and under deliver simply because it can’t put its money where its mouth is. The country is economically too fragile and internally unstable to offer any meaningful shield to any Arab country. But these sorts of agreements seem to be the flavor of the month & hopefully we move to another trend soon.
Kuwait is in a pretty bad shape. Apart from concurrent destruction of US bases and infrastructure, several desalination plants have been totaled. Water shortage is imminent.![]()
Our own people share the responsibility for these sanctions. Having lived and worked in the GCC for 15 years I would not trust a fellow Pakistani in business or professional dealings. Statistically, our community is disproportionately linked to crime here. While the racism from certain Arab nationalities (such as Lebanese, Syrian, Egyptian, and Jordanian) toward other Asians is real and undeniablesomeone in pakistani team must tell these racist Arabs to stop deporting pakistanis and treat them at least half as good as indians as part of these defence deals against Iran.
but then again, pakistani elites in these discussions and racist GCC Arabs have one thing in common, and that is the hatred for ordinary Pakistani labour. so there may not be any requests to go easy on Pakistanis.

That's correct.Looks like the same type of agreement that India recently signed with the UAE.
tragedy, jobs for Indians and guard jobs for Pakistani. That is the reason no respect for Pakistani....can be more harsher statement among Arabs about Pakistani army in Middle East...don t feel like posting ...
That's correct.
The GCC nations should invest much more in Pakistan's defence industry so that Pakistan can expand its manufacturing capacity and help meet their defence requirements.
At the moment, they've realised that they have relied too heavily on a single source of weapons that is the United States, while much of Europe's defence industry is heavily committed to supporting Ukraine.
Better treatment for Indians must be a relatively recent phenomena - coinciding with the improvement in the Indian economy. Prior to this both Pakistanis and Indians might have been treated as dirt equally, with Paks being somewhat better off.someone in pakistani team must tell these racist Arabs to stop deporting pakistanis and treat them at least half as good as indians as part of these defence deals against Iran.
