Then why China is the world biggest maritime nation and shipping nation while India is nowhere in the chart? and when was the last time China was blocked?

If Iran was not at war then Kazakhstan would have chosen Iranian ports over China anyday as its the closest port for them via Caspian sea.... now since that's not an option they are forced to go to China because after Iran China ports are the closest to them.... plus Chinese manufacturing and other capabilities make it attractive for landlocked countries like Kazakhstan.....

but anyways my point is China is a maritime country only if they are peaceful with world powers or else it won't take much time to choke it up and then your geography will only allow you to do some fishing near your coast....

Sit down for a moment and think why China pouring billions on making road routes from her west and why China keeps claiming island and sea in SCS which is close to countries like Indonesia and Malaysia which actually a nonsense.... why they do it? Because they're insecure due to their compromised geography.....
