Absolutely gut wrenching listening to the atc conversation...
*******Edited the offensive bit******......................................
I dont know what happened, but the pilot was panicking too much
That's an interesting question. It would have been censored in UK. Air accident investigation regulations would not permit such audio release here, at least until after the coroner has closed the case (if at all). Why was this harrowing Audio made publicly available?
Plenty of people scan air band radio and record aircraft and ATC communications. Its a hobby . You can buy scanning radios on ebayWhy was this harrowing Audio made publicly available?

Was it perhaps leaked by someone in ATC? Or is such audio readily released in USA?
Yes I think the distinction is in the severity of the incident. When there are fatalities, I don't think UK authorities would normally permit release of cockpit audio. Possibly, well after the incident is closed and some form of "public interest" is cited, but normally no.Listening to Pilots final moments. That was horrific I hope none of their families choose to listen to that. Uk authorities have in past released cockpit conversations of planes belly landings on runaway no serious injuries, but I have to agree with you U.K. authorities would never have released this one.
