Learjet 60 crashes in Florida - Crashes 9 Miles from Mar-a-Lago

Bro', if she was the co-pilot, let's not rush to pin the blame on her level of experience.

There has been no mention of the pilot-in-charge. What was his / her experience?

FWIW, I have been on a broken aircraft. Split flap condition, iced over on the hop from JFK into EWR (was a quick stop in JFK for cargo discharge). Let me tell you it wasn't very exciting. Especially in EWR which is notorious for horrible x-winds and you're coming in at around 180mph to keep the aircraft stable while seeing the runway lined with emergency vehicles.
This, people need to cool their jets (forgive the pun) with regards to speculation.

I believe this is a fundamental failure of technology. No matter what the conditions or pilot errors were, from 40 thousand feet there should be ample time and built in fail safe systems in place to prevent a vertical dive into the ground at full throttle. If icing can so easily render the plane unfunctional as we've seen with so many crashes due to icing of the control surfaces, than there should be triple/quadruple backup systems installed to prevent just this type of scenario.
Further in the thread I posted about another chat group of mine discussing this. One of the members is an aircraft mechanic with Learjet 60 experience. Based on what he heard from the audio he speculated the horizontal stabilizer may have iced over to the point where it separated.

If you look at any of the numerous stills of the aircraft just immediately prior to the point of impact, the horizontal stabilizer appears to be missing.

It's the nature of the forum and people in general. Some folks simply can't help themselves.

I've flown quite a few flights where the flight crew had a female member including the pilot-in-charge.

Most private jets are not registered to individual persons and are registered by corps, LLC and Trusts, the largest holding trust is the Bank of Utah

Yupper.

And oddly, a discussion on this topic sometime back on the other forum I hang was about a certain bank in Utah, It was an open secret that it was a CIA front.

Registering in Delaware is not suspicious. Even my personal company was incorporated in Delaware. It's just the place everybody does so if the state legislature sneaks any rule changes or somebody tries to pull something 10 million people are going squawk about it before you even learn about it. It's the old "safety in numbers" excuse. "just incorporate there to head off any future headaches"

Elon Musk Is Vindicated in Delaware

An appellate ruling says he can keep his pay approved by Tesla shareholders.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk won the ability to become even richer on Friday after Delaware’s Supreme Court reinstated a compensation package that a lower-court judge threw out two years ago. The ruling is good news for the hundreds of other companies incorporated in the state that rely on its courts to enforce contracts and well-established corporate law principles.

Delaware law has traditionally been favourable to venture capital, few of our partners choose it for that

Was this plane not de-iced before departing on its flight ?

The stabiliser of this Lear jet are electrical heated element which is working from the 28 volts of the aeroplane electrical power. It appears de icing system I mentioned failed 😞

A young, and inexperienced pilot got caught out by bad weather, and made a mistake and paid for it with the lives on everyone on board. Not the first time, and will not be the last in aviation unfortunately.

She was the co-pilot my friend doing comms . The pilot who was flying this Jet his name isJack. You can hear her scream his name in the final moments before jet crashes. Into the ground.

Yeah - Mr AZ pointed that out. I guess we will find out more details, I have seen some video that have analysed the technicalities of the incident based on open data.

Strange the ATC and pilot saw that storm before they hit it. He/ they could have vectored away from that storm Especially knowing the ceiling was close to 40k feet. There have incidents planes in GA break apart when flying into these tstorm cells.

The business jet, flying from Texas to the Bahamas, entered a steep dive with descent rates over 30,000 feet per minute before slamming into a mobile home park near Greenacres on Sunday afternoon. The fiery crash killed all nine people on board, created a large crater, downed power lines, and damaged homes amid wet roads and overcast skies. Air traffic control audio recorded the crew's urgent calls about losing control, as the FAA and NTSB investigate possible weather factors near storms. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy called it a horrific tragedy, with recovery efforts ongoing miles from Mar-a-Lago.
