Why doesn't Hezbollah use IED's like the Iraqis did so effectively during the US occupation ? Maybe they don't have enough people ?

I think they have recently but that also leaves them vulnerable trying to plant explosives the Israelis are starting to see how hard it is to counter unseen combatants who don’t even need to operate from where the drone is taking off those drones may have less of a charge compared to Hezbollahs more advanced capabilities but keeps the operator relatively safe and hidden

Hezbollah has been trying hard to kill the Israeli North Command Commander, and hit his vehicle with a FPV drone minutes after he left it

Since the incident, the IDF has changed its protocols for visits of officers to southern Lebanon.

I think Israel will have no choice but to leave southern Lebanon too in coming weeks

They're taking lots of damage to armored vehicles and other military infrastructure

Hezbollah won't take pedal off the gas when they have momentum. Against IDF forces in Lebanon. They may reduce fire on northern Israel but the IDF forces won't be left alone as the current strategy is working for Hezbollah
to the contrary, Israeli ministers want to push further into Lebanon, not withdraw

it will take many more years of attritional warfare before they start to change their mind

but you are right - for the first time, Hezbollah is inflicting precise strikes on IDF equipment and soldiers on a daily basis
