"Resistance" too busy with the Drug dealing and fighting with the Lebanese Army to address the interests of its southern Constituency.

The "True Promise" must have been to keep selling Captagon rather than fighting Israel.

USA recently sent thousands more 2,000lb mk-84 bombs to Israel

are they for Lebanese or Gaza? it is unlikely they are for Iran given the distance between Iran and Israel and difficulties for Israel to enter Iranian airspace.

funerals for Nasrallah and Safi al-Din are taking place on Feb 23

Hezbollah doesn't want any big problems before those funerals. but after they are done, I expect Hezbollah will return to the field and operate against 5 IDF occupation spots in south Lebanon. they gave Lebanese state more than enough time but they proved they were unable to remove IDF from south Lebanon, so Hezbollah does not have much choice.
