No, my friend - you're falling for the same old Zionist narrative that history has repeatedly exposed as false.
1- "The Arab world is in good shape and has to focus on development for coming decades"
There is no "good shape" for the "Arab world". They are third-world countries, underdeveloped, colonized, militarily occupied by foreign troops, countries that don't produce anything scientifically on their own and with the vast majority of the population poor and in need. Countries like Qatar, KSA and Emirates have puppet monarchies that are rich while the population is miserable, and also use slaves from Asia to be exploited. These are depressing, bankrupt countries seen as jokes in Western media. Here in Brazil (for example) nobody takes these places seriously: Those "outside the system" see them as puppets and the official media as demonic, selling them as "wrong culture" and reinforcing their weakness in being dominated.
Much of the world is also bankrupt. Here in Brazil, a giant and seemingly wealthy country, the bulk of the population is poor and needy. In Argentina, Mexico, etc., it's even worse.
2- "Arabs are going in for the kill - that is to kill the resistance made up of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah."
These countries in the region don't have the power for this, they're mere puppets, and looking at the past where the Zionist elite and American puppets achieved nothing, we see they won't succeed today either. This is just another phase of the war, where Mossad let Palestinians pass through the wall to justify their total extermination at all levels. What will happen here is the same as always: new actors will emerge to confront Zionism in the Middle East, and whoever survives from the old ones will grow stronger (this over the years).
3- "Hezbollah while Israel focuses on degrading their capabilities and US - LA Army - other forces on ground try physically disarming them."
This isn't so simple, we heard the same about the HOUTHIS in Yemen 20 years ago, and today they control the country. A war like this is a war of decades.
