Americans are in a frustrated social state. Forgot how to socialize due to artificial and animated culture. As well as smartphone addiction. The ones that are frustrated like this develop defensive mechanisms like trying to appear overly confident, closed off, making fun of others, or trying to give off vibes that they are exclusive and special.
They need to socialize more and stop being cringy, too serious and awkward. They also need to be more open to meeting new people, and worry less about what people think of them. And attach less value to social status.
Of course not all Americans are this way, but it affects majority of Americans relationships, including those with family.
When I was a small kid and all my friends and people my age would turn on Friends and other social programming shows, I had a uneasy feeling in my stomach because people began drifting away from their original personalities into a more programmed mainstream one. And it certainly will clash with religious or even personal values of many people. It certainly leads to hell if you believe in the God of Mohammed.
It also leads to self misery. It wasn't quite there in 2012 era but now in 2025 the long term effects of that social programming has American people frustrated and miserable.
I'm not talking about sex or drinking or smoking. Other nations people do that but they're not closed off, they still have semblance of family culture and certain values, and less egotistical so they don't suffer from this overall state.
