Türkiye is now producing its own locomotives and trains in rail systems with its national resources and engineering power!
What is the sense of producing domestic trains and locomotives if your country lacks a train-network and rail infrastructure?
The trolleybus lobby in the interstate travelsector and the minibus lobby in the urban sectors are to big and to powerfull.
A great nation like Turkey with millionpopulated cities should have tramways in every city and a interstate railway network connecting al 81 provinces.
But they dont. They started a highspeedrail almost 15 years ago beginning in Istanbul and it still didnt reach Konya (the middle of the country).
Look at the Netherlands. The most efficient and most sophisticated railnetwork of the world. You can travel from the most southern city to the most northern city. There is not one city that you cant reach with train. When you buy a ticket online and go to the destination list you can scroll down a few hundreds cities.
And the tramway network. Even cities with only a 100.000 population have a own tramway-system. You see trams in the traffic and waiting before the traffic lights. You can travel every corner of each city. You got streets so narrow that you cant have 2 cars driving at the same time but you see a tramway going trough anyway.
Turkey can do everything except being a train-and tramway country.

Holland is old accumulated money through generations, small and flat, you would need trillions of dollars to replicate similar infrastructure in whole Turkiye.

What did you expect? If big companies like Samsung and Apple hadn't entered the game before the Chinese, the market would be completely dominated by Chinese brands by now. Because no other brand can really compete with them, and many newly emerging companies are even afraid to release high-end products. The moment they enter the market, they have to go up against the giants.
China's domestic market alone is strong enough to generate sufficient revenue for a smartphone company, and these firms use that to produce more advanced phones at much lower costs.
Many Turkish companies produce cheap phones for the mid- and low-end segments because there’s no longer a market strong enough to support the investment needed for component manufacturing facilities or R&D.
Bottom line: these days, buying a phone from any brand other than Apple, Samsung, or the Chinese giants is nothing more than a gamble. Actually, I’m starting to feel uneasy about Chinese brands too—the constant need to dodge ads even in their own native apps is starting to get on my nerves...
