Making Pakistan great again!!!

You can try. Most of the medical costs for an individual is in the older age. You are proposing medical insurance for relatively healthy younger people. I am not sure what problem this is solving.
I proposed that for everyone. For retired, govt will have to adjust.

laudable goal ... given the current state of the budget it might be unrealistic
a lot of the social programs are not achievable even in the intermediate term given the military spending, payments on debt, poor economic performance and low level of human achievement.

I accept that. But most of the issues in Pakistan are because people are not complaining enough.

why some people of Pakistan do corruption

It's not just 'some people'; it is the society itself, and the answer is simple:

The average person sees that every single state institution is corrupt to the core: the politicians, the courts, the police, the bureaucracy, the education system, everything, every single institution is rotten to the core. These people keep getting away with it. Year after year, generation after generation.

And.

The corrupt lifafa media is hand-in-glove with these corrupt institutions and gets rewarded handsomely. Far from being a watchdog on corruption, the lifafa media is the cheerleader for the corrupt.

So.

Those who can, leave for more meritorious pastures, while those who are stuck learn to play the game according to the rules set by the corrupt elite.

And.

There was hope for a while that Imran Khan would steer Pakistan towards a better path but his administration turned out to be quintessentially Pakistani after all: an epitome of incompetence. Utterly and completely devoid of any fundamental revolutionary vision. Just plodding along the same old tired path, complete with corruption and nepotism, just by a different lot. After making emotional speeches and shedding tears for the underprivileged, he appointed the same old dinosaurs who punished the poor while enriching the rich. What a disappointment.

Some great points.
The problem you have is your suggestions don’t suit the elite. Those installed as guardians and elected politicians cannot function in a society where there is a society
Taxing fairly - educating and offering a health service for the poor. They thrive on poverty spreading through the nation. The thought of paying tax turns their stomach.
The thought of fairness and equality sends them into a frenzy.
Pakistan is starved of leadership - it yearns for someone with balls. Someone that can hold them to account. I reckon 1500
Families need to culled and let the rivers
Of Pakistan flow with their blood.
Nearly 80 years of corruption and looting the countries coffers has left it on its knees. Allowing the talent to find success and happiness abroad.
Attract these brains back to the country
By appointing leadership that will allow their gained experience to thrive in their
Motherland.

Certain industry in Pakistan should be tax free for life time :

Software development and products
Agriculture products
Food manufacturing
Computation equipment

Why?
Because these industries are the future, and if we can produce more and more capability in these sectors then it will be great. We will get money from these sectors even if we make these sectors tax free.

What is absolute necessary?
Taking money to Pakistan is easy, taking money out of Pakistan is not. When an investor receives money from somewhere else to Pakistan as revenue, he needs to move money from Pakistan to somewhere else as well. So here we must do something to ease the money transfer to and from Pakistan. Specially business transfers.

In Indonesia businesses are obligated to have their employee having medical insurance. There is state medical insurance in Indonesia that pretty cheap, several years ago it has already covered 70 % of the population and it is biggest institutional investor in Indonesia

I am afraid that Pakistan will follow the footsteps of USA and Israel. This I don't want, really not.

Anyone who doesn't have a thriving defence industry will always be at risk of reliance on someone else. It's a crucial industry, but it's only effective if you have a decent industrial base.

To be able to defend is good.
To sell wars is not good.

Nothing wrong with selling weapons. People are going to buy them from someone. All depends on who you sell them too.

in fact for a successful defence industry, you need to have an economically viable one. The people with the best weapons are those who spend money investing in R&D generally and also then applying that research in weapons development. If you rely on govt funds only to finance all that - you won't be successful.

To successfully defend yourself from the biggest enemies - you need to not be left behind in terms of tech, especially military tech.

We sold jf17 to Myanmar when they were actively committing genocide on rohangya Muslims. Money makes people that thing. Once you open a shop, you gotta sell it.
