The revelations by the former chief of the Old Iraqi Shia Opposition Intelligence regarding the 'Shia Crescent' actually provide the missing one-third pieces of the puzzle regarding the strategic game being played in SE Asia and Middle East. Most of the instability in these areas is caused by two rogue states, Israel and India, which are overtly following expansionist policies while pursuing their goals of Greater Israel and Akhund Bharat, respectively. These two states are occupying others' lands in clear and continuous violation of pertinent UN resolutions. Both these states use terrorism and terrorist groups as their veritable arm as their state policy tool. Political instability and ethnic fighting in different regional countries suit them very well for furthering and promoting their expansionist agendas. However, Iran's regional policies were indeed intriguing for many observers. For example, Iran and Israel appear to be sworn enemies of each other while India and Israel are strategic allies and, at the same time, Iranian mullahs keep expressing their strategic alliance with India. It all defied the logic by showing that 'my enemy's friend is my strategic friend'. All other countries in the region have faced overt and covert pressures from all these three bullies.

The intelligence chief's revelations actually help us in understanding Iran's puzzling regional game that has been played by Iranian mullahs since the Islamic revolution in 1979. A few aspects of that game are listed below.

• Indian RAW and Iranian IRGC have developed a deep rooted nexus against Pakistan. Despite Pakistan's persistent policy of protecting Iran from its back, Iranian mullahs gave a free hand to scores of RAW agents to create and actively support terrorist groups, making Chabahar as their bastion, to continuously bleed Pakistan. The RAW and IRGC supported terrorists have killed scores of Pakistanis, including Shias, in countless suicide attacks in Pakistan.
• Iranian mullahs gave Chabahar port's control to Indians for developing it as a rival port to a much bigger Pakistani port of Gwadar. In fact, India, Iran, and UAE all considered the Gwadar port as a strategic threat and they all have their own roles in creating and using terrorist groups in Balochistan.
• Iranian mullahs haven't lost any opportunity for joining hands with the US, as admitted by the intelligence chief, in reshaping the map of the Middle East. They had no shame or hesitation in supporting the US or even Zionists for weakening or toppling the Sunni regimes in this region. That, for example, included toppling the Saddam's regime in Iraq and Taliban's regime in Afghanistan. Earlier Irani mullahs received weapons from Israel and used those weapons in their war against Iraq. All that exposes the double-faced shaitani mullahs of Iran.
• Iranians created proxies in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and even Palestine. With an exception of Palestinians, all these proxies were actually terrorist groups running a state within a state in all those countries. These terrorists were the actual foot soldiers for creating the Shia Crescent. However, these terrorist groups neither followed any war ethics nor respected even the basic human rights. Rather these were simply fascists, sick-minded criminals, and indoctrinated terrorists who killed millions of innocent Muslims in those countries.
• In the recent US/Israel-Iran war, Iranian mullahs and their terrorist proxies attacked Arab cities more than those in Israel. Most Arab countries showed a remarkable constraint and didn't respond to these Iranian attacks. However, Iranians made full effort to drag Arabs into the war by continuously launching missile and drone attacks on civil infrastructure in Arab states. It's contrary to the logic to spare the actual enemies (who attacked Iran) and launching attacks on the impartial neighbors. It simply shows the inner hate that Iranian mullahs have for Muslims.

You watched some documentary mentioning a clean break , and living of those factoids, ok yes it's an adequate directioal piece, it's far from everything and much of it superseded. If you understood strategy of tension, everyone degrading everyone else into a weakened state....Iran is not the final war, minus the nuke ambiguity Iran is heavily set back, it's ready to cut a deal and job is mostly done, you think Israel is ok to leave Saudi and turkey alone?
