They need strategic leverage and there are long standing ties with Indian Muslims, plus neon is on hold or semi scrapped

Pakistan needs to facilitate quality control somehow, I know Saudis get flak for their attitude but Pakistan can do it's bit as well, they don't run the smoothest operation.

The best educated seem to do great, a strategic approach to hiring in certain sectors would be beneficial , break some monopolies

Syria is a lost cause and Pakistan should keep them away from MDA. Turkieye obviously would like to add Syria to the MDA so that it can get some form of defensive cover for "its own operations in Syria etc".

Yes Turkiye is looking for a stronger allied buffer zone, Pakistan or KSA can not come to Syrian defense if Israel bomb Syrian which they do often, heck not even Turkiye cant do anything about it because although MDA gives a good/strong opposition for Israel to not launch attacks on Pak-KSA-Turkiye but reality is Israel still have full backing of America and UK, that's the real danger not Israel. We should not add any other country for at least 2-3 years until we have established joint command, operationalised thousands of troops, AD systems, dedicated sq's of modern fighter jets.

Actually noticed this on Linkedin for quite a while, a lot of recruiting drives by state companies and orgs in Saudis targeting Pakistanis specifically for white collar roles as well
