One doesn't have to be innocent to be a bogeyman, but Israel is bombing Iran, Gaza and Lebanon, not Saudi Arabia, Turkiye or Pakistan. If this is about Israeli atrocities, why haven't Iran, Gaza and Lebanon been included in the pact ?

Saudi Arabia has repeatedly bailed Pakistan out and there is a long history of that. When recently the UAE asked Pakistan to give the money back, which Pakistan did, it was again Saudi Arabia which stepped up to help Pakistan. Financially, no country has helped Pakistan more and militarily/diplomatically no country has helped Pakistan more than China.
And to make alliances with the remote, middling powers like Malaysia and Indonesia?!! Only a total dumbass would ignore the trade/commerce and geographical reasons to come up with such bizarre ideas. Malaysia/Indonesia can be good/resources allies but no way they can replace Turkiye or KSA for Pakistan, rightly so with the things you mentioned. Neither of them are large Economic/military Power, in fact no one even knows that Indonesia is the largest Muslim country by Population but still people relate that to KSA or Pakistan or Turkiye, or Egypt.

Bahrain and Kuwait will join or unofficially are already part of this pact, for example if Bahrain or Kuwait are attacked by anyone Saudis will defend them since they are allies, same with Qatar, it is Turkish ally and Turkey will defend them. Egypt is close to Saudis and UAE but has some issues with Turkey, if that's sorted out they may join, UAE is at the moment anti islamist and funds secular/nationalist types so unless their policies change they will stay out.

Let me be brutally honest. Does Pakistan and Turkey really need anyone else to come to their rescue? I dont think so! Can't say the same for Saudi though.

This is a golden opportunity for Pakistan to further develop it's nuclear weapons and advanced weapons systems programs. Get technology from Turkiye and funding from Saudi Arabia. This can help Pakistan develop massive deadly high yield nukes and world class conventional weapons. Pakistan can also export some of these conventional weapons which would definitely help the Pakistan economy.
