Due to IT jobs, Indians are leaving USA and going back to Indian.

It seems only 20% of global employees are Indian and most of these must be in the GCC in India as they are low cost place . Microsoft will not cut those employees. When you compare cost, it is always cost per FTE ( Full Time Employees / equivalent) and salary is just around 20% of the cost. Overheads in US and Europe is also huge compare to India.
