Well one thing that can be said of Faujis getting civilian jobs is that there is a huge deficit of managerial skills especially in the field of project implementation throughout the SAARC region. Fauji officers do have these skills. I know many Indian private sector companies in infra field deploye retired Faujis even though there is no political pressure to do so.
