Western states are used to use sex when they need to chase anyone arbitrarily.
With all kind of sex traps and police informants cheap whores.
So all this sex narrative is part of that way of execute power over society, especially in people of interest for the state (enemies or friends who must be under soft blackmail control).
The good news is that you can avoid those traps if you are wise and have right behavior enough. They could invent completely false charges, but for some reason, they dont do it. They just tempt, but they dont invent from scratch.
Let's take Assange case as example. He was accused of rape by two women in Sweden.

He admitted to have consensual sex with those two women.
All that he should have done to avoid the trap is avoid have sex with those 2 women. Like Abrahamic religions tell right men should do, only sex inside marriage, or at least, with woman you would want potentially as wife and not promiscuous degenerate sex.
