The Academy’s stature was further elevated when Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah visited the school in April 1948 and upgraded its status to a college, marking a significant step in the evolution of Pakistan’s military aviation. From these humble beginnings, Risalpur emerged as the cradle of PAF’s aviation heritage, nurturing generations of air warriors and providing the essential foundation for the expansion of Pakistan’s air power.
