After fighting 3 years with cancer my sister responded to call of Almighty and have left this world.. All across a prayer for her. She was young brave and god wearing lady. Spend time with your remaining family (the one you were born into and the one you yourself created - if that is the case) and cherish the time you spend with them. Call other family members and try to reconnect if lost contact or if relations are not so strong.

Family is the most important thing we have but like a garden it requires some work to keep it flourishing.

I cannot relate to your pain as I have yet to lose a sibling or a parent (only 2 grandparents and other more distant family so to speak) but I can only imagine the pain and frustration.

However death is a natural part of our existence which is why we must make it worth living and Islam gives us plenty of guidance in that regard. At the same time this is not the end of it all.

Some quick words from a stranger to another one. Take care and do some rest/self-reflection and spend time on what you really want to spend/focus on in your life. Such events can open new horizons despite how tragic they can be.
