  • Turkiye's Justice Minister Akin Gurlek says Ankara issued an international arrest warrant for the Israeli PM as part of investigation into the interception of a Gaza aid flotilla
  • Turkiye has already issued warrants against Netanyahu and other top officials for “genocide” over Gaza
ANKARA: The office of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin on Friday called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan an “antisemitic dictator,” and vowed Israel would “continue to act forcefully against Turkiye’s attempts to destabilize the region.”

The comments came after Turkiye said it had issued an international arrest warrant for Netanyahu as part of an investigation into Israel’s interception of an aid flotilla for Gaza, Justice Minister Akin Gurlek announced Friday on X.

Turkiye has already issued warrants against Netanyahu and other top officials for “genocide” over Israel’s actions in the Gaza war.

"We categorically reject the notion that the Netanyahu administration, which is implementing a genocide policy in Gaza, is untouchable and unaccountable," Gurlek said on X.

"We will not allow the crimes committed in Gaza to be covered up or the perpetrators to be shielded by impunity. We will resolutely utilize all possibilities of national and international law."

He said his ministry had asked the interior ministry to issue an Interpol red notice for Netanyahu and another Israeli, named as Afek Moskovitch.

The two men are being prosecuted for "crimes against humanity, genocide, aggravated deprivation of liberty, 'intentional assault and battery,' torture, destruction of property, aggravated looting, and hijacking of transport vehicles," the ministry said.

Turkish media said Moskovitch was an israeli soldier.

Israel intercepted a flotilla in May carrying more than 400 activists who were attempting to rech Gaza. The Israeli actions in interntional waters and subsequent treatment of the activists sparked an international outcry, with France, Italy and Australia launching judicial proceedings.

Gurlek said Turkiye will continue to stand firmly by the side of the Palestinian people and would take all necessary steps to ensure that those who commit crimes against humanity are held accountable.

so nutandyahoo has farted again, this time in the direction of Turkiye. He should be careful with his flatulency, he might just defecate his own intestines.
The Kike Netanyahu is a bit of a moron.

Netanyahu needs never ending fighting otherwise he will end up in prison so its his interest to create conflict till he dies.

Typical crying babies

1 MICOTAKIS from Greece
2 NETANYAHU from Israel

They display all kinds of hostility towards Turks, but when ERDOGAN says something, they cry like babies

When an arrest warrant is issued for PUTIN for crimes committed in Ukraine, it's fine, but when the same warrant is issued for the despicable Netanyahu, who massacred 70,000 innocent people in Gaza, NETANYAHU immediately starts crying like a child under the mask of anti-semitic card

The anti-semetic card is losing it's gravitas and credibility. In fact, nowadays the accusations on anti-semitism is seen as a badge of honour.

More reason for Türkiye, Pakistan and KSA to work together in unison.

More reason for Pakistan to pull its fingers out of its bum and focus on increasing the size of the PAF for all the new pacts and agreements it is signing. Right now, Pakistan has no spare military capability to help either Saudi or Türkiye if Israel attacks. Nada. Only a nuclear deterrence, that is all. Pakistan Armed forces are structured to fight India for 2-3 weeks at full intensity in a defensive capacity and barely has enough military capability for that.

With what spare military capability in Pakistan going to work in unison with, when Pakistan faces India ?

Sorry - but to me, right now, the Makkah pact makes no sense as none of the parties have spare military capability to help the other, given the current threats they face.

Yeah man, eternal victim Turkiye. Superpower and at the same time victim.

Convenient how you forget Erdogan's non-stop war rhetoric against Greece from the late 2010s to early 2023.

Agree.

Honestly, I think we’re looking at the same problem from two angles. Pakistan’s point about limited spare capacity is true — their entire force structure is built around short‑duration, high intensity defence against India. That’s their reality. And Türkiye, for all our strengths, is still in the middle of a massive military modernisation cycle. So when people talk about the Mecca Pact as if it’s some instant, ready‑to‑deploy alliance, it feels disconnected from where these countries actually are.

My view is simple: the Mecca Pact is either 10 years too soon, or 10 years too late. Too soon, because Türkiye still needs at least five more years before KAAN, TF‑2000, Gökdeniz, and the rest of the ecosystem fully mature. We’re not at the point where we can project power deep into the Middle East against a US‑backed Israel without risking overstretch. And Pakistan, while nuclear‑armed, knows perfectly well that nukes are not an answer to Israel. Nuclear deterrence doesn’t help you in a limited conflict, and it doesn’t solve the problem of air superiority.

If anything, Pakistan needs a serious upgrade in air defence, early‑warning systems, and a modernised air force before it can realistically support anyone outside its own borders. And Saudi Arabia, despite money, is still dependent on foreign suppliers for almost everything.

So when you put all that together, the pact feels mismatched with current capabilities. The idea behind it isn’t bad — cooperation, shared defence, strategic alignment — but the timing is off. Either this pact needed to happen a decade earlier, when the region’s threats were different, or it needs another decade of military development before it can be meaningful.

Right now, it’s more symbolic than practical.
