Excellent interview by Joy. I never knew he could be this articulate. Obviously, the interviewer came with the intention of pushing a certain agenda and did not allow him to fully express his thoughts, repeatedly interrupting him in the middle of his responses. However, the way Joy handled the entire interview and maintained his calm truly showed that BAL is likely to get a strong leader in the future. As he once said, he doesn’t like to overthink about anything, but when he starts thinking about something, he doesn’t let it go until he reaches the end. Wise words indeed.
