Reports say Iran is considering cancelling their plans/agreement with India on Chabahar Port.

Iran should also just build the pipeline from Iran to Karachi, and have Pakistan pay a little premium on the gas, to pay off the cost of the pipeline over the next 10-20 years.

Pakistan would be compelled to buy still cheaper Iranian gas, when it’s right in front of them. Pakistan is a customer that needs the gas to develop, so if the Iranians take a hit for this stance, they can make up some of it in the Pakistani market.

When China was just starting to grow in the 1980s, Deng Xiaoping sid China must be humble and lay low. Which China have followed exemplary ever since, even today, considering they are a supergiant on the world stage.
