the sport is not as popular as before, the hype has died down.
There is too much other activites and people's interests have shifted. Now theyre more on social media and tiktoks than cricket fanatics
T20 franchise leagues are generating more interest than WC or other tournaments which half the time most players are skipping anyway, and the pathetic performances are accelerating the downfall of cricket.

In the past the india-pakistan matches used to create hype and lot of interest and high sales.......that has massively died down, and the matches have been 1-sided mostly, which adds to it.
Your country should get some other arch rival now as this crap is dead
