New smaller provinces or administrative units are the real devolution of power and progress

Folks, everyone must pay attention what @Pakistanithinktank is proposing.
Idea is quiet futuristic but worth studying.
We need these ideas.

Contrary to what you believe, this idea isn’t some distant, sci‑fi concept at all; it’s already happening. Countries like the UAE and Saudi Arabia are actively rolling out these systems today, and places such as Estonia have been using similar digital frameworks for years. Even China, Singapore and Vietnam have begun implementing comparable models. In other words, this isn’t a glimpse of the future; it’s the present, unfolding in real time. I have explained entire 34 EZ model in detail with examples from other countries. Check previous posts.

It's a great idea, if given in the hands of patriotic young caring honest leaderships it can be implemented.

But who bells the fat cats? The so-called feudal elites(kanjars) won't wanna give up their gravy train

You are also stuck in "The Matrix". I am trying my best to take people out of "The Matrix" mindset. Pakistan doesn’t need provinces or personality‑based political parties, it needs a grid of strong, professional institutions that directly serve citizens through autonomous Economic Zones.

1. Provinces are large, slow, and politically captured.

The 34‑EZ model replaces them with smaller, manageable administrative units that:

  • Have clear boundaries
  • Run on digital governance
  • Deliver services directly to citizens
  • Are accountable through performance metrics, not political speeches
This shifts Pakistan from political geography to administrative geography.

2. In the 34‑EZ model, governance is not driven by political parties but by:
  • Professional administrators
  • SMEs and technocrats
  • Digital systems
  • Transparent service delivery
Political parties stop being the operators of governance and become participants in democratic debate not the owners of the state machinery.

3. The model prioritizes institutions, not individuals:
  • Digital land records
  • One‑window service centers (Unified Service Desk, Integrated Digital Portal, Real‑Time Approvals, Zero Middlemen Governance and EZ Authority Control)
  • EZ regulatory authorities
  • Independent audit & compliance units
  • Citizen service portals
Institutions become the backbone of governance, reducing dependency on political personalities.

4. Instead of relying on politicians to “help” people, the 34‑EZ model ensures:
  • Automated service delivery
  • Transparent land management
  • Fast dispute resolution
  • Digital identity integration
  • Local accountability inside each EZ
Protection comes from rules, automation, and transparency, not from political patronage.

How to Fix Governance ?

1. Create a National Political Academy
2. Introduce a Political Career Ladder
3. Replace Parties (abolishing feudal politics) with Political Institutions
4. Mandatory Certification for Politicians
5. Continuous Training & Evaluation
6. Independent Oversight Body
It was Mohsin Naqvi or whose voice was that, system is done and dusted.
instead of talking about the breakneck speed AI is developing and Anthropic, Google, Meta talking about slowing down the progress, Pakistan still searching for clean water, affordable power and just comfortable mode of transportation.

Smaller provinces, power and finance devolved at city level are the right way to go. Are the powers that be are serious or it is just a diversion?
There is no single problem, there are many, people always conflate many things together.
Need both a holistic view and granular view about serious problems.

@Pakistanithinktank - I like your thinking but question is how do we get the message to the people who can make a change ?

I can use my 2 cent brain to help define frameworks, constitutional changes and architecture for implementation - How to make a pitch ? vs yapping on PDF?

Consider these slides as in support of your 34 EZ model - let me know what you think and any which way we can collaborate ? start a campaign or something ?

A lot of whats on your list for example One‑Window Business & Banking Portal while not impossible cross cuts FBR, SBP and many federal and cross province regulations.

before any government starts creating new apps - the current system needs app ecosystem and capabilities analysis 🔑 baseline + each bullet point needs a holistic and individualized implementation plans and roadmaps.

But before I and you burn 🔥 tokens - is there a path or a PDF network to get such materials it in front Any CM, PM office, senator MNA or PMA - else all the posting back and forth is just mental masturbation

If anyone has leads to 👂 that matter - we may just end up getting disheartened

Even an institutional think tank or government consulting agency in pakistan that can be connected with ?
