Capitalizing on the brilliant diplomatic successes of Pakistan as a rising player in regional politics, it should develop an economic and military cooperation agreement with Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Vietnam and Brunei Dar Assalam to be named as Oceanic Cooperation Framework (OCF).
