There is a small general store in the Foothills of the Smoky Mountains owned by an elderly lady.

One year, drought was bringing the bears down from the mountains and into our neighborhoods. A bear was trying to break into the store and the old lady got out her shotgun and killed it for bear meat, and a rug.

Game warden compliments the old lady on her marksmanship.
