Thankful I was born in early 1965 and don't have to wear the Boomer tag.
But I can remember and enjoy remembering all the cool stuff we did back then.

Last night enjoyed talking with a long haul couple.
Told me paper bags, California and Oregon, very thin, condensation from cold drinks will make the bags worse than useless.

Boris Karloff received a letter from an eleven year old boy
in an iron lung in October 1949. The boy asked him to come
and read a story to him before he died. Karloff read
“The Wind in the Willows” to him for three hours that
Thursday. He came back four more times.
The boy died in December still holding the book.
After Karloff died in 1969, his daughter found his calendars.
He had visited five hundred and seventy-six sick children
over forty eight years and never told a single journalist.

What a hockey game. Carolina struck first but Vegas clawed back. Carolina prevailed and took Game 4 by the score of 5-3.
