My point is, the better trained you are the better chance you have or using equioment more efficiently. Hence my point about the Mirage 2000. Various air forces have had different levels of success with it

All bombs landed 200 meters from the bases, but sure, whatever makes you try and sleep better, and as we saw not all air forces can drop bombs accurately, sometimes crows die by accident....
