Ok
Pray for FC atleast for now cause they are alone
Still complete silence by army at the very least they could send the PAF for CAS missions
otherwise these namak haram afghanis will overrun the outposts by blowing themselves up and punching holes in defensive fortifications
I think there is a misunderstanding of how these operations are conducted. Army and the FC have joint plans that they activate. Each response and the type of assets to be used are pre-planned. However, there are posts that are manned exclusively by FC and some by the Army. Those posts are certainly at risk of being attacked by a large tashkeel. It takes a lot of courage to man them and be on alert 24x7.

That aside, FC have their own light/med artillery fire support and some armor. If the threat envisages more support, then the Army is available to help.

Pakistani artillery can and has wreaked havoc on the Taliban. We don't need to fly in Air Force or even combat helicopters as all of the potential targets are laid out on targeting grid with the artillery observers and they can deliver devastating fire support.

Second, with the large scale use of armed drones, the use of PAF is an overkill and also sends a different kind of message.

Last, if the need arises, obviously PAF would be employed as needed. I don't even think the strikes on Kabul/Kandahar involved manned aircraft. They were carried out with UCAVs. The videos circulating of supposed fighter aircraft flying over Kabul could have been commercial airliners as well. Very hard to tell.

I was actually very pleased to see drones being used. We need to have a huge drone fleet on the western front, for recon and for attack.
