Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

At this rate and response, feels like Afghanistan is like a peer state to Pakistan in terms of army. Where is Afghanistan in the global military firepower index or something? And compare that to where Pakistan is at (I think its in top 10).
Afghans will run out of ammunition if this fire-fighting goes on for even a week+.

There is no domestic ammunition manufacturing there and they have to expend hard cash to get ammunition smuggled (they are already cash strapped). Afghans are looking for what they always do, i.e. face-saving way out. They cannot not engage Pakistan militarily because not firing at Pakistan makes the Taliban weak.

Pakistan's response will be one of over-match yet again as it was last time. Last time the Taliban deserted all their posts. This time too, the outcome will be no different.

The real issue is, how to change their behavior over the medium to long term. This won't be done through destroying border posts and killing some Taliban foot soldiers.

You take out their political and ideological thought leadership.

You haven't even targeted leadership of TTP and BLA yet.

And I don't understand why.

This is a good opportunity to follow through, just do it. It will saves the lives of thousands of Pakistanis over the next few years. Protect your people.

Imran Khan and PTI is most popular leader and party in Pakistan. If we have fair elections tomorrow, then Imran Khan will win decisively. The traitor are can be found like our modern General Yahya Khan wannabe.
I doubt that . The incompetence of pti has cut a huge vote bank of it and people are well aware now that pti without imran khan is nothing but a circus ..

Can we both stop this ?

Pakistan versus Afghanistan is the most stupid and useless war

This is not good for Pakistan and it’s good for Afghanistan

Stop this now !
It is not about "both". The only way it will stop is when Afghan Taliban bastards stop murdering Pakistanis in our cities, towns and villages. Till then, you cannot turn this around and put the onus on both equally. The fault is with Afghanistan.

Pakistanis should be clear-eyed about this with not an iota of doubt about Pakistan's position.
