Indians nowadays have the Same obsession with Nur Khan base as they do with F-16s

Short answer Yes. There is no single piece of news that fully outlines this. However, here is what is publically known.

  • Significant Expansion (2007–Present): Following 2007, the government planned to expand the force significantly, raising it to over 100,000 personnel, with at least 70,000 active personnel reported as of 2017.
  • 67 New Wings (2022): In January 2022, military officials confirmed that 67 new wings were established for FC Balochistan and FC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to strengthen border management, with more in the process of being added.
  • Recent Expansions (2025–2026): Reports from early 2026 indicate that Pakistan is raising a dedicated, separate Frontier Corps to specifically protect mineral-rich areas (such as Reko Diq) and secure the border with Iran and Afghanistan.
  • Specialized Units: The force has been restructured to include specialized divisions for border security, with 41 new wings added for tasks including riot control and specialized operations.
----------------
Key Aspects of the FC's Drone Force Integration:
  • Establishment & Training: As of mid-2025, there are initiatives to train at least 10,000 certified drone operators, which specifically includes personnel from the Frontier Corps, Rangers, and Police.
  • Operational Focus: The FC is increasingly using drones for surveillance and to counter threats along the border with Afghanistan.
  • Equipment & Procurement: Pakistan is strengthening its defenses by deploying counter-drone systems and procuring drones from China and Turkey. The arsenal includes, or is expected to include, quadcopters and small, tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) suitable for paramilitary operations.
  • Purpose: The integration of these capabilities is largely to counter cross-border militant infiltration, particularly from the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP)
I beg you people. Don't copy paste AI generated responses.

Pakistan continued it's strikes even after the war in Iran, weird how suddenly there is silence.

'Friends' got involved. Talibs were begging for a ceasefire from day one. Looks like cessation of hostilities for now as some mumbo jumbo agreement would be announced

Not sure mate. Iran situation has made it much more complicated.
Brother, what if will face them same combine attack of USA and Israel, for how much we can stand and repell them? but I know due to Nuclear threshold and the long vector delivery system we wont face a direct attack from them but from india backed by Israel and USA

how so , like operationally where we dont have freedom or like there's risk of being shotdown or is it more political
Simply put, previously we were only looking towards East and South for ADA. No assets were required to fly or be on standby in South-West. Now PAF has to cater for Iranian border too. What if something comes inside Pakistan airspace 'by mistake' and we haven't prepared for that contingency?

Hmm. Feels like a dire situation in the wake of ongoing conflict with supplies running short while the trade via Pakistan is already sealed.
