Afghani pump out too many babies. By the 7th child, the rest don't even get a propper name.
Easy for them to lose a few in war or go boom .

If the suicide bomber is local, go after the family. Punitive punishment to Pakistanis siding with the terrorists. This is the only way to curb the support for Taliban inside Pakistan.
