Unless the official landmass of Afghanistan is constricted / reduced, to the extent that Afghanistan by name, remains half of what it currently is, the story is going to repeat itself, endlessly.

Geographic disintegration is the only solution.

The provinces, divisions, districts aligned with Pakistan, should become a part of it.
