A district administrator in Afghanistan's Wardak province has warned armed individuals that they cannot carry out operations in Pakistan without official authorisation from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Mufti Ali Marjan Majrokh, District Administrator and Police Chief of Daimirdad district, told religious scholars and local residents in Maidan Wardak that "without the command of Ameer ul Momineen Sheikh Haibatullah Akhund, jihad becomes chaos, and death is meaningless."

Majrokh said that traveling across the border to engage in fighting without permission from the leadership of the Islamic Emirate is both illegal and religiously forbidden. He added that such actions would render the jihad illegitimate and any resulting death "unlawful" under Islamic law.

Majrokh stated that under Islamic law, the bodies of anyone killed in unauthorised fighting brought back to Afghanistan would not receive funeral prayers, and no condolence gatherings or memorials would be permitted.

The announcement comes amid heightened tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan over border security and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) activity. It reflects the Islamic Emirate's policy that Afghan territory should not be used for operations against neighbouring countries.

Reports indicate that Afghan fighters have accompanied TTP ranks in operations against Pakistani security forces in both newly merged districts and settled areas.

Pakistan has demanded the resettlement of TTP families away from the border and their containment within Afghan territory. Following Chinese intervention, Afghan authorities provided written assurances that any TTP attacks would not violate Afghan sovereignty.

Wardak and Loya Paktia are among the provinces where TTP recruitment occurs, and Majrokh said these measures could help ease tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Suicide attack the gate of a Federal Constabulary headquarters in Peshawar on Monday

Investigative authorities have revealed that the facilitators of the suicide bombers who attacked the Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters in Peshawar last year were also Afghan nationals.

The investigation into the suicide blasts at the headquarters has revealed that the planning of the attack took place in Afghanistan, officials said.

According to authorities, key arrests related to the incident have also been made.

The attack on the FC Headquarters occurred on November 24, 2025. Three FC personnel were martyred and five were injured in the assault, while eight civilians were also injured.

On November 30, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) confirmed that all three suicide bombers involved in the attack were Afghan nationals.

Investigators reportedly questioned more than 100 suspects in connection with the bombing that killed three paramilitary soldiers and left 11 others injured, including seven civilians.

The martyred personnel were identified as Havaldar Alam Zeb Khan, Constable Riyaz Khan and Constable Altaf Khan.

On the day of the attack, three militants arrived on a single motorcycle. The first suicide bomber detonated explosives at the main gate while the other two entered the compound through the smoke and chaos, opening fire before being neutralised by security forces.

The assault occurred while a parade was underway at the headquarters, with around 450 personnel present at the time.

In the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty has commanded!

إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْأَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ
(Surah An-Nisa: 145)
"Indeed, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire."

Today, the Afghan Taliban are proving themselves to be the party of these very hypocrites.

Mullah Haibatullah, who presents himself as the flag-bearer of extremism, on one hand openly patronizes the fitna of the Khawarij, while the Ahadith contain clear signs regarding the fitna of the Khawarij:

"يَقْتُلُونَ أَهْلَ الْإِسْلَامِ وَيَدَعُونَ أَهْلَ الْأَوْثَانِ"
Translation: "They will kill the people of Islam (Muslims) and leave the idol-worshippers (disbelievers) alone."

The Prophet ﷺ further said: "If I were to find their time, I would kill them as the people of ‘Aad were killed."

Yet it is this very fitna of the Khawarij that is flourishing under the patronage of the Afghan Taliban — they martyr Muslims while becoming allies of India. The clearest proof of this is the recent fatwa of Noor Wali Mehsud, in which he declares support for India against Pakistan to be permissible.

On the other hand, these same Afghan Taliban have given free rein to the flag-bearers of liberalism and communism — the fitna of Hindutva — regarding whom there are clear commands in the Ahadith:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"ليس منا من دعا إلى عصبية، وليس منا من قاتل على عصبية، وليس منا من مات على عصبية"
Translation: "He is not one of us who calls to tribalism (nationalism), he is not one of us who fights on the basis of tribalism, and he is not one of us who dies upon tribalism."
(Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud: 5121)

At this moment, Haibatullah is openly defending those who hold the doctrine of tribalism (jahiliyyah) against the only Islamic ideological state in the world.

Then there is Mullah Haibatullah’s third anti-Pakistan ally: India, concerning which the Quran clearly states:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا مُبِينًا
Translation: "O you who have believed, do not take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do you wish to give Allah a clear argument against yourselves?"
(Surah An-Nisa: 144)

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِنْدَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا
Translation: "Those who take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers — do they seek honor with them? But indeed, honor belongs to Allah entirely."
(Surah An-Nisa: 139)

Now they are seeking honor from the hands of India, while the blessed Ahadith contain clear commands:

The Noble Prophet ﷺ said:
"سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ"
Translation: "Abusing a Muslim is wickedness (fisq), and fighting him is disbelief (kufr)."
(Sahih al-Bukhari: 48, Sahih Muslim: 64)

In light of all these commands of the Quran and Hadith, it is clear that the Afghan Taliban, who outwardly wear the cloak of Islam, have, in their rebellion and misguidance, cast aside all Islamic rulings behind their backs, and their weapons are now being used only against Muslims.

If this is not the worst degree of hypocrisy, then what is?

The internal power struggle within the Taliban has now come out into the open.

In the older forum, I cautioned that Pakistan is betting on the wrong horse in Afghanistan but many disagreed with me. The Taliban were assumed to provide strategic depth but now all can see the opposite of that.



The TTP is fighting for tribal autonomy in line with that map perhaps.

The Taliban movement had a noble cause when it fought to stabilize Afghanistan in the 90s but the Al-Qaeda Network became close to the Taliban. Pakistan ignored this emerging threat until 9/11. General Musharraf attempted to put the country on the right track but some in Pakistan disagreed with him. See this and this. Claims in this source are too embarrassing to discuss. Belief in conspiracy theories and courting armed Mullahs proved costly to the country at large. General Raheel made good calls but his accomplishment was undone by appeasement to armed Mullahs yet again. The Establishment is making better decisions in the present, but any good horse left in Afghanistan to bet on? Truly a sad state of affairs.
