The answer was already given by no less than that young spokesman of the KPK govt when asked that question just a few weeks ago and his answer was 'Only those who are against Pakistan'.
That was a stunning admission by the Imran Khan block of 'politicians' how they see the terrorism in Pakistan and betrays a traitorous mindset just to get power back in Islamabad using ethnic card; and ironically, Imran is a Punjabi who insults Punjab by trying to distance himself from Punjab and overplay his 'Pashtun' ethnicity.
These people have no principles, no discliplines, no morals and have turned another version of East Pakistan's Mukti Bahini with their Sh. Mujibur Rehman 'Khan' leading them!

This Pathan is a real Pakistani patriot despite his innate love for his ethnic kins, which is understandable. He, along with Iftikhar Firdous, are my Go To sources for Pakistan-Afghanistan relations.
In this short video, a few interesting points. English captions available.
1) There are nascent talk in Pakistan to give primacy to the non-Pashtuns such as the NRF and even shifting the capital away from Kabul in a new setup.
2) It is the Taliban factions in Qandahar and Khost who are working closely with the TTP to attack Pakistan and those factions are likely to face Pakistan's firepower.
3) Disdain is shown by the Afghan Pashtun toward Pakistani Pashtun, with enough jealousy about the much better infrastructure in Pakistan's Pashtun areas.
4) The current KPK govt's disregard for even those security forces killed during their funerals.
5) Preferred solution is the talk with the Afghan Taliban
6) Entire world knows Pakistan doesn't harbor terrorist groups like DAESH and so it is bogus claim by some Afghanistan officials to blame Pakistan for that--it is in fact the Afghans who harbor terrorists of many organization.
