No body is bombing madrassas or mosques in Islamabad because they don't accept the Durand line. Can we get out of this fallacy please?
Of late, this whole narrative that because Afghans don't accept Pakistan that's why we are having this insurgency is just a convenient strawman, because it gives you an easy way out, Afghani border nhn mantay, ham kia kar saktay hain, bas marna hi paray ga.
First step, accept the issue for what it is. Sure the border issue is a component of it, but that is not the principle issue at play here.

Arabic (4:93): وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا
Translation (Sahih International): “But whoever kills a believer intentionally – his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.”
This verse alone should be enough to deter anyone from such a crime. Yet, sadly, due to the influence of misguided clerics and extremist ideologies, some people do not fear this warning. For example, certain sectarian leaders openly declare Shia Muslims as non-believers, and this dangerous rhetoric has fueled attacks like the suicide bombing in Islamabad targeting a Shia mosque. The justification was that since Shias are “not Muslims,” killing them is not a sin.
This mindset is nothing but takfiri extremism, and it is destroying the fabric of our society. Pakistan must first confront and eliminate this takfiri ideology, its literature, and the clerics who spread it. Only then can verses like this be effectively propagated to remind Muslims of the seriousness of such acts. The Qur’an makes it clear: eternal Hell awaits those who commit intentional murder of believers.
