This is never going to end. For over 25 years the western border has become extremely violent. I cannot see peace for the future in KPK and Balochestan. I'm afraid Pakistan is stuck in an endless war. The Taliban are a loose guerilla fighting force backed by countless fighters that will become suicide bombers. A flimsy steal fence will not stop people seeking retribution and certainly India will fully back and support any terrorist group in AFG against Pakistan.
Lastly it is of immense shame this is occurring during Ramadan. Innocent Muslims being killed by muslims whichever side of the border!

The only way is to truly and fully seal that border. No trade, no travel, no tribal visits, no family visits. Most of all, ACTUALLY throw out Afghans, rather than announcing it and doing nothing. If people of Pakistani Punjab broke off all contact with their livelihoods and relations in Indian Punjab, then so should Pashtuns for the sake of their own future as Afghanistan has well and truly declared itself as an enemy of Pakistan and no amount of wars are gonna change their minds.

Following that, a complete redevelopment, re-education and facilitation of KPK border areas needs to follow. Unless that is done, there will never be peace, because infiltration of extremism, violence and weapons all are a problem that emanate form that border and spread across Pakistan. Everything from that border needs to be stopped until Afghanistan improves, if we are to ever bring Peace to Pakistan.

If turkey with its far less battle hardened military can create buffer zones along its borders, why can't we? What's the point of having land forces , going into conflict and not invading, capturing the adversary lands?
