The hole with this theory is that Pakistan engaged Afghanistan first (in the aerial campaign and all).
It's not as if this was the first time there was a suicide bombing in Pakistan, there have been many before. We chose to go into that country first.
Secondly, don't reckon Afghanistan is that much of a diplomatic headache that we can't have dedicated resources focussed on the region.

But I have this feeling that we might lose a bit on the home front (info warfare of all these monkeys) because of this Jewish attack on Iran. We all know what the accusations are going to be: 'an Israeli-American-Pakistani plan to destabilize the whole region surr, i.e., Iran and Afghanistan'
These narratives will create domestic instability for sure if things escalate

Afghanistan was going to the Arabs to get some respite from us, and now the Arabs themselves are in a bother. Who are the Afghans gonna cry to now? They are the least of the people's worries now!

He should have also asked the host if the BBC was asking for Pakistan to have a dialog with a terrorist gang, known as Afghan Taliban, to secure peace and cessation of terrorism?
Taliban gang of terrorists is not a legitimate government. This gang consists of warlords and terrorists who have occupied the state of Afghanistan by the force of gun. There is no way that Pak could negotiate with Taliban terrorists.
Unlike Americans, Pakistan is not caught up or holed in a foreign land that would negotiate with terrorists to achieve a rapid withdrawal from Afghanistan. Pakistan is here right next door to Afghanistan to crush and wipe out this foreign funded menace of terrorism animating from Afghanistan.
Pakistan has taken more than 90,000 casualties in last 26 years from the Afghan terrorism. Now Pakistan is determined to smash the head of this poisonous snake once for all.

There is no way Gen Tariq Khan would advise something as dumb as this. He and Raheel Sharif were the few professionals who actually did their jobs and reduced terrorism across Pakistan in their tenure. Then Bajwa and Faiz pissed all the gains away.
