Pakistani men tend to age very quickly once they hit 40 especially more in this case since he is a soldier, the Ukrainian war has shown that people in their 40s 50s and even some cases 60s can still make effective soldiers.

Have you? What's to say you're not grossly generalisation attitudes across deobandi madrassas?

Exactly my point! Neither of us have studied or even visited madaris (whichever sect they may belong to) in the tribal belt, whatever we say is nothing more than hot air.

Looking into social issues in that area in general would be way better than "Boo hoo afghans and tribal people bad, lets ban/regulate madaris". Blind hatred is never the answer.

Anyways its off topic, won't be replying further.

... The issue I see here is that the TTP own the narrative, the locals don’t see the Pakistani army as their own, ...

According to who?

Do you think the locals like TTP blowing up their schools and Masaajid, imposing taxes on local people, and threatening and killing them on regular basis?

Probably ran out of targets.
They've hit around a little under 70 targets in Afghanistan. I don't know how much is left behind, but Grok estimates there to be 150+ total, though it could be wrong and 70 was most of it.

Only weird thing is even military fanboy accounts are saying 30-50% of leftover NATO infrastructure was destroyed. So seems unlikely.

Let's put a break on the bickering guys. Distracts from the value of the thread.

Anyone have any estimates on the remaining assets with thr Afghan Military? Fixed and mobile. Is it that number is dwindling and the direct cause of lesser strikes?

Let's say I see militants roaming around the streets in my village. Is there a military hotline I can call? I sure as hell am not going to call the police, who'll start by demanding my name and whom I absolutely do not trust to maintain my anonymity. How do I know someone from CTD wouldn't blackmail me? If there is a military hotline, how do I know someone from the military won't blackmail me? Are there mechanisms that protects me and check in on me to ensure my safety after the fact? Has effort been made to inform me of said mechanisms?
Is the police harassing the citizens in other parts of Pakistan when the hotline is called? For the most part it works. Why is KPK an exception?
