We should not kill their leadership, rather we should show the afghan people how incompetent they are by launching ground strikes killing a bunch of terrorists and then leaving, then come again , helicopter troops 200-300 go in make their life a living hell and then fly back. Showing how incapable the leadership is. A lot of airstikes alone bring a nation together, ground strikes showcasing our ability to hit anywhere will scare the TTA specially as the TTP will turn against them
It was on 12 November 1983, that the Afghans surrendered their sovereignty over the East and South of the Durrand Line (this side of Pakistan), and it was in 1919, when Afghanistan launched a war of independence against one of their neighbours (British Empire) and actually won all on their own. But they still reaffirmed their surrender of the territory that was East and South of Durrand Line.
For 134 years, Afghanistan has not been able to regain the territory which they willingly surrendered in 1983.
For 106 years, Afghanistan has not won a single war which they had to fight on their own.
I am not sure why think they finally have a choice.

Sources from Alishir district in Khost confirmed to Zawia News that the Taliban have abandoned their outposts along the Durand Line and have now set up artillery positions in the middle of people's homes in Torawbo and Qadamo villages.
It can also be seen on Google Maps that some outposts, three bases, and the Angor Adda customs point in Barmal and Gumal districts have been abandoned and are now occupied by Pakistani soldiers: “The Taliban have retreated nearly 7 kilometers from the Durand Line and settled in the civilian area of Sulemanzo. They have withdrawn from the Border Force base, the National Security 7th Unit's Shakin base, and the center of the 3rd Kandak of the National Army. These places are now under the control of Pakistani soldiers.”
Currently, Pakistani soldiers are stationed at Redan post, Ishaq post, Customs section, Nir post, Sangar post, Tandey Marghay post, and Barmal market.
Following Pakistan's invasion of Afghanistan, reports of intense clashes between Pakistani soldiers and the Taliban along the Durand Line are emerging, and the Taliban have claimed to have captured several Pakistani outposts. However, due to fear of airstrikes, the captured outposts were abandoned again, and now Pakistani soldiers are attempting to advance into Afghanistan along the Durand Line.
