Forces destroy several Afghan Taliban posts in Chaman sector: security sources

Security forces destroyed multiple Afghan Taliban posts in Balochistan’s Chaman sector on Tuesday, said security sources.
The sources said that the operation was carried out in response to “unprovoked aggression” by Afghan Taliban forces and terrorists on the border, under the ongoing Operation Ghazab lil-Haq.
Security sources said the Pakistan Army effectively targeted and destroyed several Afghan Taliban posts in Chaman. The Sarshan, Al-Marjan and Edhi posts, as well as vehicles and other installations, were successfully hit, they added.
They further added that security forces’ determination to defend the homeland was unwavering and that the “intentions of terrorists and their patrons will be crushed”.

The operation “will continue until all the set targets are achieved”, the sources elaborated.
Islamabad has repeatedly urged the Afghan Taliban to dismantle terrorist sanctuaries on its soil, particularly those linked to the banned TTP. Officials say those appeals have gone unheeded.
Pakistan, meanwhile, is carrying out Operation Ghazab lil-Haq against the Afghan Taliban and terrorists operating from its soil. It was launched on the night of Feb 26, following unprovoked cross-border attacks by the Afghan Taliban.
After a temporary pause on March 18 at the request of “brotherly Islamic countries,” Pakistan had announced the operation’s resumption on March 26, saying it would continue “until its objectives are achieved”.
On Sunday, security forces destroyed the gun positions of Afghan Taliban involved in unprovoked firing at civilians in South Waziristan.
Security sources said that the posts were destroyed after the Afghan Taliban fired at civilians and left three people, including two women, injured.

Pakistan and Afghanistan have accused one another of launching new cross-border attacks.
Afghanistan’s Taliban authorities said on Monday that four people were killed in attacks in the eastern Kunar province. Pakistani officials reported at least three civilians were injured by gunfire in South Waziristan.
Fraught cross-border relations
The strikes marked the first major attack since the pair had agreed to halt the violence at peace talks last month, mediated by China.
Turkey, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have also made efforts to halt the conflict, with relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan fraught since the Taliban took power for a second time in 2021.
Security issues have proved a sticking point, especially Pakistan’s demand that Afghanistan curb the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) armed group, which has conducted regular deadly attacks from its bases in Afghanistan.
Pakistan has witnessed a sharp rise in violence within the country in recent years, including suicide bombings and coordinated assaults targeting security forces.
Islamabad accuses the Taliban government of sheltering the TTP. However, Kabul rejects the charge, countering that it is Pakistan that harbours hostile groups and does not respect Afghanistan’s sovereignty.
The border between the neighbours has remained largely closed since deadly cross-border violence in October froze bilateral trade.
The heaviest fighting in years was sparked in February after Afghanistan launched an operation against the Pakistani military along the 2,640km (1,640-mile) Durand Line, which separates the two nations.

That only justifies India’s “moral” play - you cannot go without moral plays like America because you have no equivalent military might nor economic clout.
The best bet is to be prepared enough and keep using disproportionate force on them so they are shell shocked during the time you deal with India

Looks like Pakistan has no choice other than having a Turkish-style buffer zone build-up inside Afagn hellholes with a heavy fortification via non-contact robotic means to take the asymmetric warfare to the next level. It's the "neo-Zulkarnain Wall" against the "neo-Yajuj and Majuj" under Hindutva (Firaun, Nemrud etc.), Jahil-ism (Abu Lahab, Abu Jahil etc.), and Zionism (Dajjal)....
