Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen group claim responsibility, it was vehicle-borne suicide attack (VBIED). However, Intense clashes and firing are still ongoing in the area.
As per local sources, 20x civilians have been martyred and injured.(unconfirmed)
More details awaited.

My note: Looks like the assimilation of the Wakhan Corridor is now just a matter of time. As for the regime change in Kabul, it needs to be organic. The closest example is that of Bangladesh Awami League, Mujib, Hasina etc. (the principal tools of the Hindutva to suppress the BD Muslims) being thrown into the Dustbin of History by the BD folks themselves....

Dawn reports that the suicide vehcile was destoryed before reaching its target and it damaged nearby buildings and killed a civilian and injured around 15.

The durand line needs to be moved to the border of Kabul.
The enemy's capital should be within the artillery firing range.
Paktika, paktia, Khost and Nangahar Must become part of Pakistan.
Roughly, addition of 4 million people won't change the the ethnic dimensions in pakistan.
It will however, to some extent:
1. Limit the enemy's expansionist ideology.
2. Secure our sources of water in the Kabul and Kuram rivers.
3. Secure land routes to central aisa.
The enemy's capital should be within the artillery firing range.

Due to this video, Hazrat Sheikh was martyred by these Khawarij.
