Back in 2013 it was Pakistan that was the sanctuary that the Taliban were using to fight the US/Afghan government. There were constant allegations against ISI that it was supporting the Taliban, which of course it denied.

I would not be surprised if the CIA is covertly supporting the Taliban/TTP today as a form of revenge against Pakistan and also to keep the country off-balance. That is certainly the American mentality.

The issue at hand currently is, the leadership in Afghanistan aren't your friends. Far from it frankly speaking. Every god damned terror groups operates from Afghan soil and use American leftover hardware. Your internal security situation in kpk and Balochistan is an absolute mess now how is this viable exactly?

The Afghans have shown they aren't ready to respect our requests why in the hell are we still here arguing about some peace with them
