The Afghans have infinitely less resources at their disposal than Pakistan, they are literally dirt poor. Yet they keep outmaneuvering Pakistani babbus in GHQ, why? Because they are mentally shrewd and highly motivated by nationalism.

Pakistani military culture is filled with low intelligence manpower but also has tons of colonial baggage and follows strict rulebooks/theories on restraint or escalation to justify not responding to violations of sovereignity by ignoring them.
