Ehsanullah Kamgar, spokesperson for the Badakhshan Security Command, has said that Zabihullah Amiri, head of Information and Culture in Badakhshan, came under attack by armed individuals on motorcycles this morning on the Feizabad–Baharist road.

According to Ehsanullah Kamgar's statements, he lost his life in this attack.It is said that the attackers were riding motorcycles.
