nobody knows what is inside Dimona, maybe it's empty.

It's a research nuclear facility, it's not a nuclear plant, and maybe all the research was done decades ago and it's empty now.

THAAD must be in the south because the less populated desert is there.

Inside Dimona is not only a reactor, but more importantly a reprocessing and n weapon core fabrication facility, with multiple floor levels underground.

It stopped Yemen missiles like the US normally intercepted most of them from Yemen using different systems, not only with thaad, like Israel with arrow etc

The recent attack shown different types of missiles used by Iran, a massive part of them break through Israeli/US defenses

This shown that the missiles used by Iran recently are different than missiles used by Hezbollah/Yemen, this is not only due to saturation but the type of missile used

Incorrect. As of now no THAAD has been used in combat. You need a better source than a voice automated channel.

Rather than fly thru Jordan, just fly across southern Syria, defenseless and probably at this point radarless. Fly low then into Iraq like you said and then pop up fire and flee. Keep tankers near US naval strike groups so that Iran won’t attack them. Remember when Israeli fighters used a Russia SIGINT plane as a shield after their attack on Syria that lead to the plane being mistakenly targeted by S-200? Iran should be prepared for such tactics.

As for the targets, I think it’s going to be more than just BM sites, after all most BM sites are in the mountains and an ALBM isn’t going to do much. Whereas attacking known military research facilities like Parchin or Shahrud or major drone production plants can score much more brownie points.

So far it’s been 3 weeks of political drama on the Israeli side. With an election approaching if Israel doesn’t strike soon they might wait till after election when the winner is clear.
