mass assassinations?

military sites don't make much sense as the missile cities are deep under mountains and ballistic missiles won't have much effect

they like to have optical victories so they will try to hit things that cause big fires

I Believe that this is true....IRGC will demand for answers from pentagon, maybe some secret services of usa to work on own hand...

But starting with Iranian attack on usa base, contact is undeniable....and primary rules are for now in use...

We need to look at Israel's behavior in this war so far.

They love killing high profile leaders so they can use the poster with their pictures crossed out as propaganda material.

I think there is zero doubt that Israel will focus on assassinations. Anything else will be a sideshow.

Assasinations of very high profile figures in Iran like SL/President/Senior Generals is nigh-on impossible.

Remember even in air defenceless Hezbollah next door they needed to drop 60-80 tons of bombs to kill the leaders of Hezbollah.

They may get lucky of course but this is so minute it is not really worth considering as a possibility.

Effect on Iran and benefits to Israel are zero, they will need to wipe out every council, parliament government clerical elite and local administration to make Iran non-functional state....


And generals from IRGC and candidates...

There is hard to count, they are not stupid....

The aim is not to paralyze the country but the propaganda value that says Israel/US can get to anyone in Iran. Anyone.

A series of high profile assassinations will have more propaganda value than hitting the nuclear sites.

Remember, Israel lost face when Iran showed its missile defence system to be a joke. What it needs more than anything is a propaganda win of equal magnitude.
