He got Shahadat in helicopter crashed in Arabian sea on 30 August 2018 with their 3 colleagues .

Lest we forget​

Today is the 15th shahadat anniversary of Lt. Syed Yasir Abbas shaheed. Yasir paid the ultimate sacrifice while repelling the attack on PNS Mehran by khawarij TTP/AQ. Yasir Abbas shaheed was the only son of Lt Col (R) Jaffer Abbas and his wife. He had three sisters.

He willingly gave up a life of comfort and took the hard path and for that reason alone, he was the better man.

Rest in peace, hero.
