Over 15% of Population, but 4.4% of Indian parliament. Lowest Muslim Representation in Six Decades:

Even congress has an aversion. When Rahul Gandhi was contesting from Wayanad, with IUML as the biggest ally, they didn't even allow flags of IUML due to it being looking similar to Pakistan flag although it's quite different.

The political and geopolitical footprint of a population the size of Pakistan, is now less than a Instagram celebrity.

I hope people now understand that why they chose to split British raj instead of conceding on 30% reserved seats for muslims back in 1920s/30. Today it would have been the fate of 600-700 million of not for Pakistan movement
Precisely.

Even with 200+ million Indian Muslims, the BJP politicians feel comfortable threatening a pogrom.

This is from a few days ago in their capital city, not some gathering in a backwater town, and he’s saying directly to a police officer.

Muslims of India are running behind freebees instead of making good leaders who can lead them towards upliftment, all the parties sold "minorities are threat under BJP" scheme and they fell for it that's it nothing else.
Why can't the many great non muslim leaders lead Indian Muslims towards their "upliftment" in secular india?

Poor choice of leaders and candidates has led to this problem. INC was sending same old faces unlike BJP who is pushing new faces. Parties other than BJP who won seats on the basis of religion are struggling to get funds from Centre as they are not in power and BJP is using this situation to their favour by polarising voters in those seats.

There are many instances where minorities openly opposed voting to BJP candidates and later same candidates won the election eg. Shivamogga (my LS constituency).

Later, when opposed parties need of help of elected party, ego will not allow them to accept the elected one.

What led to the problem was a incomplete partition, India is a mistake and ALWAYS was a mistake

The problem is that even though there probably are 300 million muslims in India, they are spread thin. Except Kashmir, which is a occupied territory, there is not a single state where muslims are majority.

Hindus dont vote for muslim candidates. muslims OTOH vote for both muslim or hinfu camdidates. If forexample muslims had concetrated their voted on muslim candidtes, like hindus do for hindu candidates, then there would be more muslim MP’s.

Anyway, its a grim paradox, India calling itself largest «democracy in the world», yet 25% of its population practically have no political representation.

I think creation of Pakistan itself wrong, because a country which was created by way of partition from mainland in the name of religion, and if they are unable to convince all those religion believers/followers to move there means its creation itself wrong.

African Americans are not a majority in any of the US states, yet they are far less marginalized and ghettoized than the Indian Muslims. Issue is the fraudulent nature of india's secularism, whereby you can have a Johnson, Kennedy or even a Carter leading all americans to their betterment and making special concessions for the marginalized minority, but you will only find the Modi's and Yogi's in India to beat down further on the marginalized and oppressed.

Parliamentarians in India are elected, and not selected.
Anyone who wants separate electorates can move to Pakistan, 70 years late is still not a long time.
Apart from Lok Sabha, we have Rajya Sabha. Then states have their own Vidhan Sabha and some also have Vidhan parishads. After that we have a 3 tier Panchayati raj system.
Elections are held for all, and most are elected representatives. (Barring few indirectly elected ones)
First please count the number of Muslims in all organs of the legislative on federal level, state level and the local level.
Then only thou shall start the whine.
Even then you may find Muslims to be underrepresented in legislative as per their population.
That's because, read the first sentence I wrote.

So now Hindus will blame Muslims for opposing candidates who bay for their blood. Amazing. In a way your radical electoral candidates do reflect the values of your community - radical Hindu thug Preetham Gowda threatened Muslims before the election if they didn't vote for him, and now Hindus like you are running around baying for Muslim blood because your candidate didn't get elected. Bharat truly is a representative democracy.

And thats your explanation why almost quarter of your population is totally sidelined?

These radical Hindus jabber on about merit it's so hilarious because when you look at any electoral analysis coming from Bharat, these guys always vote on ethnic and caste lines.

Some of the most nasty, bigoted and chauvinistic people in the world who discriminate against their own kind coming here to tell us about how only meritorious people who perform get into government in Bharat lmfao. Almost half of the people voted in this recent election have criminal charges. Bhartis vote for criminals and thugs from their community and shriek bloody murder when Muslims don't follow along.

Muslim leaders are sell outs. No different from the Hindu ones..

They don't give sh1t about who vote them to power.
